The Word of God is the power and authority that leads, directs and governs our lives because it carries His Spirit, character, purpose, direction, power and anointing that destroys every yoke.  His Word connects us to Him.  We are empty, unprotected and subjected to spiritual denudation without His Word.  There is super power in the Word of God.  This is because God and His Word are one and the same.  The Book of John 1:1 tells us that, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”  We cannot separate God from His Word nor can we separate His Word from Him.  His Word is the one and only truth that will set us free forever.  Heaven and earth will pass away but His Word, which is also Him, will never ever pass away.  Amen!  God’s Word can take us from our poverty condition to prosperity, from the sickness condition to health, from failure to success, from captivity to freedom, from ‘nowhere’ to ‘somewhere’ in life and from glory to glory if we speak it with faith.  God had already given us His Word but the sorrowful part is that some of His children do not use it till the enemy comes and starts doing his evil around them.  Such persons pray and call on God only when they are in danger.  They do not have day-by-day interaction with Him.  Any one who wants God to rescue him or her must learn how to fellowship with Him in both good and bad times.  Do not wait until your back is against the wall before you start calling on Him.  Praise, pray, give thanks and call on Him at all times.  Thank you and God bless.

 Faith in God

Faith is the starting point of trusting God.  If we cannot trust Him that He can heal our little head arch, then how can we trust Him that He can heal something bigger?  If we have to receive first before believing, then where is the faith?  It is very impossible to please God without faith.  Faith is the innermost believe by a person that something exists somewhere and the person hopes to receive that thing even though that the thing is not yet seen (Also see Hebrews 11:1).  God responds to us according to our faith rather than to our feelings.  Faith is the key to our receiving from God.  It is the foundation.

We feed our faith with the Word of God.  How then can we have faith if we do not have the Word of God in us?  Faith comes from hearing the Word of God (Romans 10:17).  We need to be reading our Bible, watching faith-filled Religious Programs and listening to faith-filled teachings in order to build-up our faith to a higher level.  Also, we need to try as much as possible to stay away from anti-faith Programs, Books and Tapes because just as faith comes by hearing so do doubt and fear which are faith’s enemy, for they do not go hand in hand with faith.  A faith that took a lifetime to build up could be destroyed by just one moment of fear or doubt.

The faithlessness of people around a person could interfere with the prayer of the faith-filled person.  This is because wherever faithless people are, the spiritual atmosphere at that place will be filled with faithlessness.  As a result, the spirit of anti-faith will be in control of that place.  Miracle can never happen where there is no faith.  Our Lord Jesus Christ could not do mighty works in His own country due to their unbelief or lack of faith (Mark 6:1-6).  Peter did put the people out of the room before praying for Tabitha and raising her from the dead (Acts 9:36-41).  Do you have enough faith so as to receive your physical, financial or spiritual healing or breakthrough?  Faith is the foundation.  Thank you and God bless.

 WE  ARE  OVERCOMERS

When we dwell in the secret place of the Most High and abide under His shadow, we will be very much protected from all evils (Psalm 91:1).  The joy of the Lord is our strength and we can do ALL things through Jesus Christ our Lord who strengthens us.  Praise God.  The Book of 1 John 5:4 confirmed that we are overcomers.   The Word of God tells us that we overcome the world if we have FAITH in Him that we can.  The battle is not between flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:12).

Our FAITH in God and His Word will always give us victory; but fear and doubt bring set-backs and opens the ‘spiritual door’ for satanic attacks.  May the Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ continue to cover us.  Amen.  Lack of faith causes fear, doubt, and in some cases, lack of prayers.  The enemy then uses these to get those who let him, out of the Word of God into his own circle of destruction.  Fear is intimidating and is the enemy’s number one weapon of attack on God’s children.  Just as faith comes by hearing (Romans 10:17), fear also comes by hearing.  So we are to watch what we hear or listen to.  You are an overcomer.  Walk and work like one and you will reach your destination like one.  Remember that the enemy is very tricky.  Let us therefore be smatter in Jesus name.  It is not by might, nor by power but by the Spirit of God.  Let us therefore pray for Spiritual Power and Direction in Jesus Christ mighty name.   Amen.  Thank you and God bless.

KNOW  YOUR  IDENTITY  IN CHRIST

Do you know who you really are in the Lord?  The only way that people will be able to label you with an identity that does not really belong to you is if you do not know your real identity and therefore do not operate in it.  Hence there is a “name space” to be filled and people will fill it for you if you do not fill it yourself.  People tend to label other people with lower identity because they did not really know the capabilities of who they were labeling.  For this reason, a person would be ignorantly branded with titles that limit the person’s ability.  It is you that really know your abilities and capabilities.  Live up to them.  Work in them so that people will not put you down.  One will tend to accept any level if one does not really know one’s level.  This is because any one that does not really know a good thing accepts any thing as being good.  One who knows where one is coming from will be able to know where one is going.  Therefore, find out your level and operate on it.

What is your identity?  You are the righteousness of God a new creation, an heir of God and a joint heir with our Lord Jesus Christ.  You were called according to the unlimited purpose of God and not that of man that is limited.  You are the head and above.  You can do all things through Jesus Christ our Lord who strengthens you for His joy is your strength.  You’ll live and declare His glorious works.  You are who God says that you are and that’s what counts.

As Christians we need to maintain our identity at all times, no matter what the occasion, situation or condition is.

bulletWhen temptation comes, we need to maintain our identity as children of God.
bulletWhen we are denied in any form or shape, we need to maintain our identity.
bulletWhen we are challenged in any form or shape, we need to maintain our identity.

But how can we maintain our identity if we do not know it?  That is the very reason why we must try to find out who we are in Christ Jesus in order to know what we are not.  The enemy will not want to fool with anyone that he knows know his or her rightful position in Christ Jesus.

Who do you see yourself to be?  What do you speak about yourself?  What do you call yourself?  What really counts in your life is what you say with your own mouth about who you are.  What people say about you does not really have as much root in your life as what you say about yourself.  The seed that you sow with your own mouth in your life is what really grows with a taproot in your life and manifests.

Do you know that the devil and his agents (Ephesians 6:12) know who we are? (Luke 8:27-28).  That’s the more reason why we must try to know who we are in the Lord so as to be able to fully do the things that He called us to do and not be kicked around by the enemy.  Thank you and God bless.

THE  COVENANT.

A COVENANT is a mutual binding agreement between two persons, or a heartily promise from one person to the other.  There are different kinds of Covenant.  In the olden days, people used their blood to enter into covenant with one another.  A covenant solidifies trust.  A covenant could be physical between two or more friends or persons and it could on the other hand be Spiritual between God and human beings.  God made a Covenant with human beings that He would not destroy the world with water again.  There was the old covenant by the High Priests and there is the new covenant by our Lord Jesus Christ.

God is a God of Covenant.  He never fails.  He keeps to His Word and His own part of a Covenant, even from generation to generation.

My covenant I will not break, nor alter the word that has gone out of My lips. Psalm 89:34.

A Covenant distinguishes us from the rest of the world and because we have a Covenant with God that distinguishes us, He draws the boundary line between us that are His and the rest of the world.  God loves Covenant.  Before He destroyed the world He told Noah that He would establish His Covenant with him.  He told him to build an ark and go into it, he and his wife, his sons, his son’s wives and male with female of every living thing of all flesh (Genesis 6:18-19).  Show me someone that has Covenant with God and I will show you someone that the enemy cannot push around.

Noah kept his Covenant with God and God fulfilled His Covenant in him by keeping him and everyone in the ark alive, for He never fails.  Noah followed God’s directions and was kept alive, both him and all that were with him.  God gives us victory whenever we follow His directions.  As God’s children, we need to at all times be seeking His directions in everything that we do.  We ought to always seek His directions before making a new move.  Some of us seek His directions only after making the move and see that it’s not working.  That’s ‘medicine after death.’  We ought to seek Him and His kingdom first, not after.

This is the Covenant of God to human beings and the earth after He destroyed the whole creation with water but saved Noah, his family, and the living things that were with them.

Thus I establish My covenant with you: Never again shall all flesh be cut off by the waters of the flood; never again there be a flood to destroy the earth…This is the sign of the covenant which I make between Me and you, and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations: I set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth.

Genesis 9:11-13.

The Covenant between God and man could also be seen in the case of that made to Abram by God.  Our heavenly Father made a Covenant with Abram when He appeared to him when he was ninety-nine years old.  God told Abram that if he would walk before Him blamelessly, then He would make His Covenant between Him and him and will exceedingly multiply him and make him father of many nations.   Hence he would no longer be called Abram but Abraham because he was made father of many nations.  In addition, God told him that He would establish His Covenant with him and his descendants after him in their generations, for an everlasting Covenant, to be God to him and his descendants after him (Genesis 17:1-7).

Abram believed with faith and God fulfilled the Covenant in him and his descendants.  We are his descendants.  The Covenant of God is in all of us, according to the Word of God, because we are Abraham’s descendants.  In addition, we have Jesus Christ as our new Covenant.  Thank you and God bless.

LAWS  OF  SOWING  AND  REAPING

For us to be able to sow and reap prosperously, we must not pay attention to the circumstances that are worldly or carnal distractions.  Instead, we need to put our trust and focus on God and His Word that are the FINAL AUTHORITY.  Remember that when Peter took off his sight and focus from our Lord Jesus Christ and the Word, when He instructed him to “come” on the water, and did place his focus on the sea wave, which is carnal and circumstances around him, he began to sink.  If we put our focus on the carnal things and the circumstances around us instead of on our Lord and His Word, we will be discouraged by those circumstances and will not want to sow or reap.

Whenever we want to sow a “seed” or harvest either financially or through prayers, assistance etc., we need to do it regardless of the “ugly circumstances” or situations that are discouraging us.  The Book of Ecclesiastes clarifies this fact.

He who observes the wind (circumstances) will not sow (give); and he who regards the clouds (adversity) will not reap (harvest).

 (Ecclesiastes 11:4).

Remember that if the enemy can try to discourage us from sowing a seed, he can also try to discourage us from reaping the harvest.  These can happen only if we take our focus off God and His Word.  To be able to harvest, one has to first sow.  Thank you and God bless.

THE  TRUTH  THAT  WE  KNOW

It is the truth that we know and use, rather than that existing but unrevealed and unpracticed or unclaimed, that will set us free.  For the truth to be able to set one free, one has to know that the truth exists and also be able to use the same truth.  It will be difficult for the truth that is out there but which is covered and unpracticed to be able to set anybody free.  The Bible tells us that we shall know the truth and that the truth shall set us free.  Please note that the Bible says that we shall first know the truth before it can set us free.  Knowledge is the key.

Our inheritance that someone left for us in the Bank will not do us any good if we do not know that someone left us such inheritance in the Bank and if we do not know how to get to the inheritance and use same.  ALL MIGHTY GOD through His Son Jesus Christ, our Lord, blesses us, provides for us, leads us and is always available for us.  All that we need to do is know the above truth, speak them daily and act on them accordingly.  If we know and act upon the truth, then we will be set free.

Some truth about us

·         We are the head and not the tail.

·         Our Lord provides for us according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

·         The Lord is our shepherd and makes us not to lack any good thing (Psalm 23:1-3).

·         He has given us the former and latter rain (prosperity) (Joel 2:23-24).

·         God’s children shall never be put to shame (Joel 2:26-27).

·         The name of our Lord Jesus Christ is above all names (including all sicknesses, unemployment, family troubles, and all evils) (Philippians 2:9-11).

·         We shall not be afraid of the evil ones at any time (Psalm 91:5-6).

·         Though evil things might happen around us but they shall not come near us.  Only with our eyes shall we look and see (Psalm 91:7-9).

·         No evil shall befall us nor come near our dwelling (Psalm 91:10).

·         The burden of the enemy and his yoke are removed and destroyed by the

Power of the anointing (Isaiah 10:27).

·         His Word that we read is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path (Psalm 119:105).

·         Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.  In our prosperity we decree that we shall never be moved (Psalm 30:5-6).

·         He has turned for us our mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11).

·         We shall not fear for He has redeemed and called us by our names (Isaiah 43:1).

·         God blesses us and no one can reverse it (Isaiah 43:13).

It is very important that we know the truth, which is the Word of God in the Bible; speak the truth and act on it with faith.  Remember that faith comes by hearing.  I believe that faith comes by hearing or reading the Word as many times as possible till it has deep roots in our spirit so much so that nothing can change it.

Let us not be like the senior brother to the prodigal son who had authority over all his father's wealth but did not even know it till his junior brother, the prodigal son, demanded his own portion of the wealth and departed to a far country where he spent them all.  As a result, he became broke and went and attached himself to one of the citizens of that country who sent him to the fields to feed swine.  He became so hungry that he would gladly want to eat from the swine’s food.  Check this out!  One day, he came to his senses and decided to go back home and apologize to his father so that he could be accepted back home, according to him, as a hired servant (Luke 15:18-19).  Christ is calling all that have gone astray to come back home to Him.

As children of God, it is very necessary that we always come back to God no matter what the situation is, and where we had been.  It is not necessary that we wait till we are ‘cleansed’ before we start seeking God again.  Instead we need to come to Him just the way that we are and let Him do the cleansing for us.  Remember that our Lord Jesus Christ did not come to this world to redeem the ‘cleansed’ righteous ones but He did come to bring sinners like us to repentance.  If Jesus had come to save the righteous, then there would be no need for Him to shade His Blood for the remission of their sins since they were already perfect.  But that was not the case for the Word of God tells us that All (not some) have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23).

His hands that were being spread out on the cross was and is still a call on ALL of us to come just the way that we are because He had completed the ‘journey’ for us.  Hence He said, “It is finished.”  Completed.  We therefore need not to keep waiting till we are ‘cleansed’, perfected, and so on, before we come back to the family of God, when our Lord Jesus Christ already said that all we need were already done for us, finished, completed.  All we need to do is just COME back to the family of God just the way that we are and He will do any job that needs to be done on us for our testimony and His glory.  When we come back to our Lord Jesus Christ and confess Him that He had died, risen and will come again in His glory, we will then be in Him and He in us (also see Romans 10:9-11).  At that point, no weapon in any form or shape formed against us will ever prosper for He that we are in and He that is in us is greater than he that is in the world.  Praise the Lord.  When we are in Him and He in us, we are born again not by flesh but by the Spirit.  When we are born again we must leave old things like bad company, bad habits and things of the like behind and associate ourselves with new godly persons, habits and things.  This is because old things are past away and all things have become new for good.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away: behold, all things have become new.

 (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Also, because we are in Him and He in us God has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of His dear Son, our Lord and savior Jesus Christ (Colossians 1:13).  Hence we are heirs with Him and joint heirs with His Son.  He looks on us through the Blood of His Son that had already delivered and set us free.  Give glory.

The prodigal son finally decided to go back to his father.  What a wise decision.  His weeping had “endured for a night.”  His “night” was the days that he was feeding the swine and lacked everything good.  When he made the decision to go back to his father, his joy came in the “morning” and he prospered.  So will our joy come when we come back to Jesus Christ at any time after leaving the family of God.  When this prodigal son was still far from his father’s house, his father saw him and recognized him even though he was in a bad condition that hunger and poverty had placed him in.  Blood is thicker than water.  His father had compassion on him and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him.  He had already forgiven him hence he had compassion on him when he saw him from a far.

The prodigal son wanted to be reinstated back into the family as a servant due to his past wrong doing but his father out of joy that his son whom he thought was dead was still alive welcomed him back as one of his dear sons.  God had already forgiven us our sins and also sent His best, His only Son, Jesus Christ to come and offer His Blood for the forgiveness of our sins.  What else do we need?  Despite this fact, some of us still like to dwell in the past and in remembrance of past sins.  Did not Saul who did all sorts of evil to Christians and the Church became saved, baptized and become Paul.  This is what he said about his past.

Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead.

(Philippians 3:13).

Beloved let us learn how to let bye gone be bye gone.  Let us not scratch and open-up old injuries that were already healed.  Amen?  Amen!  Paul did the right thing by leaving his past behind him and pressing forward for his new life that God has granted him for His glory.  Paul had set an example for us.  Can we follow without looking back?  Any one that is looking backward will find it difficult to move forward at an appreciable rate the same time.  Any one who is moving forward and at the same time looking backward is heading for a very big crash.  That’s the reason why we must leave our past deeds behind in order to be able to move forward and come to Jesus Christ who is the answer to all our ugly situations.  We must move forward to Jesus and not backward for it is only the enemy that is backward and that’s the reason why he tries to draw people, who let him, backward by reminding them of their past sins and shortcomings.  The enemy will never remind God’s children of any positive thing.  So whenever he reminds you of your past, do remind him of his future in the hell fire.  The good news is that our Lord Jesus Christ tells us to bring all of our burdens to Him and take His which is lighter.  Thank You Jesus.

After the father to the prodigal son welcomed him, he ordered that he be clothed with the best cloth and that a ring be put on his finger, and sandals on his feet.  And we know that for sure he did have a very nice shower before all these dressing up.  It did not end there.  The father also made a big feast for this his ‘lost son.’  For he said that this son of his was lost but is now found.  Was dead, but now alive.  Praise the Lord.  So will all, not some, of our lost loved ones and belongings return to us in Jesus name.  Amen!

When the senior brother to the prodigal son was returning from the field, he heard the noise in the compound and asked what that was for.  He was told all what had happened and he got upset with their father and commented that he had been serving their father all these years without transgressing his commandment at any time but that he never gave him a goat so that he may party with his friends also.  He went further to point out to their father that when his younger brother who had lavished the wealth with harlots did return, their father, made a party for him.

It is very important to note their father’s response to his senior son’s protest.

Son, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours.

 (Luke 15:31).

The point is that this son did not know that his father's wealth belonged to him.  Beloved let us not be like him.  Let us claim ALL our rights in the kingdom of God in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen!  Since all the time that this senior son was with the father and assisting him in the field, he did not know his rights in the family.  He did not know his rightful position in his father’s wealth either and so did not take advantage of it.  This senior son did not even know that his father’s wealth also belonged to him all these years that he was with the father.  It was not until his father told him, that he got to know.  May that not be our portion, in Jesus name.  We know our portion in God’s kingdom and will continue to claim them for our testimony and His glory.

As heirs of God and joint heirs with our Lord Jesus Christ, heaven is our inheritance and since the earth is the Lord’s and all its fullness (Psalm 24:1), they are also ours as heirs of God.  The problem is not that God had not provided good things for us but that we are not rightfully claiming them with clean hands and faith.  God had provided us an inheritance and also qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance” (Colossians 1:12).  It is therefore left for us to clam them.  But how can we clam them without knowing what they are and how to claim them?  We therefore need to ask our Lord to reveal to us the glory of our inheritance so that we can claim them in Jesus name.  It is The Word of His grace (which is found in the Bible), which is able to build you (us) up and give you (us) an inheritance (Acts 20:32).  We are blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.  All we need to do is keep claiming them.  Always remember that as God’s children we do have unlimited inheritance in Him.  Thank you and God bless.

PRAYERS  PUT  ANGELS  TO  WORK

How many times do we pray in a day or week?  Some of us do not even pray at all while some pray only when we have problems but when the problems are gone so are the prayers.  As God’s children, we need to put Him first at all times in our lives.  This is because if we do not, the enemy will try to put himself first because he is very tricky, a liar and a forcing spirit.  Prayers do not necessarily mean praying all the lines or words in the Bible.  We could pray just one line from the Bible just as our Lord Jesus Christ did (Luke 4:4).  Constant and persistent prayer is very necessary in the lives of all Christians (Luke 18:1-8; Thessalonians 5:17).  Our Lord Jesus Christ always prayed when He was on this earth (Mark 6:46).  If our Lord Jesus Christ did pray when He was on this earth that shows us how important prayers are; and that we Christians need to pray as well.  Our prayers, when prayed according to God’s Word, connect us to Him and at the same time put the Angels to work for us because the Word of God can never go nor return void.

When we do pray, Angels are put to work for us and an Angelic touch will be the final result.  The Angelic touch can be in the form of deliverance, restoration, victory, blessings, and so on.  Peter had a physical Angelic touch.  May we have one also.  Thank you and god bless.

The Angelic touch

Peter was the chief corner stone upon which our Lord would build His Church and the gat of hell will never prevail against it.  Our Lord Jesus Christ is the head of every Church and the Church members, which include you and me, are the body.  It is the Church members, not the building, that make up the Church.  All things being equal, the above statement means that the gate of hell will not prevail against you and me because we are the body of Christ, the Church.  This is the reason why we the body of Christ, the Church, must try to be good at all times because the Head, our Lord Jesus Christ, is good at all times.

Due to the fact that our Lord Jesus Christ had declared Peter as the pillar upon which He would build His Church, he became the number one target for the enemy because he had a mission for God.  The enemy used the king against Peter and the Church in general.  The same thing happens in our every day lives today.  The enemy is always trying to use people both far and near to discourage us in every forms and shapes in the performing of God’s work.  Even though that there were persecution of Christians, Peter was not intimidated.  He knew that He that is in him is greater than he (be it intimidations, persecutions, killings, and so on) that is in the world.  Peter kept on preaching the Word and doing God’s work.  He was put into jail because of his faith.  The Church prayed for him.  Prayers still work and that is the reason why the Church must come together as one body in Christ and pray for the progress of the Church rather than criticize one another.  The Church has a common enemy and that is the devil.  Can a house divided among itself stand?

The negative acts of the rulers of Peter’s nation did not discourage him.  He trusted in God and knew that He that started a new thing in his life will complete it with a good ending for His glory.  In the same way, God who started a good thing in our lives will complete it for His glory and our testimony.  Beloved, God had already completed whatever He created us to be or do.  Our performing what God has called us to be or do is just bringing into the physical what He had already completed in the Spiritual for His Word is “Yes” and “Amen.”  Do not give up for you are the son of the Most High and a Christian.  Keep praying and working and you will receive the Angelic touch one day.  The enemy might come with his tricks which may be in the form of discouragement, depression, persecution, suppression, and so on, but always remember that these are nothing but agents of distraction which will never last, in Jesus name.  The enemy might be able to delay a blessing but he can never prevent it or be able to prevent our destiny.  Whenever you have an attack from the enemy, know that you have something to deliver from God.  This is because it is only those who have something to deliver from God that the enemy is always trying to distract in various ways.  That’s the reason why we must always keep up the faith and prayers because prayers put Angels to work.

The Church prayed for Peter when he was jailed and that attracted the delivering Angel to him.

Peter was therefore kept in prison, but constant prayer was offered to God for him by the Church.  And when Herod was about to bring him out, that night Peter was sleeping, bound with two chains between two soldiers; and the guards before the door were keeping the prison.  Now behold, an angel of the Lord stood by him, and a light shone in the prison; and he struck peter on the side and raised him up, saying, ‘Rise quickly!’  And his chains fell off his hands.

Acts 12:5-7; also see Acts 5:17-20.

There is power in faithful prayers.  The Church prayed for Peter and miracle happened.  He was set free.  Do Churches of today pray for one another and for God’s workers?  Something new always happens for our testimony and God’s glory whenever an Angel touches us.  Chains of bondage fall off when Angels show up.  May we have an Angelic touch in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ.  What are you chained to in your life today?  Is it smoking, stealing, telling tales, harlotry, being drunk, and so on?  Pray for an Angelic touch and those chains will fall off in Jesus Christ mighty name.  Amen!  Then you will be free and whom the Lord sets free is free forever.

Peter was not ready to move into new dimension after he was delivered.  The same thing happens to some of us today.  When we receive our deliverance, we do not know how to maintain and walk in it to a new dimension.  May God continue to direct us.  The Angel got Peter ready for the final step of his deliverance.  Beloved, I cannot stress readiness enough.  Readiness is very necessary in order for us to be moved by the Spirit of God.  Our God is not a God of waste.  He will not give us what we are not ready for.  He will not also give us more than we can handle.  He gives us just what we are ready for and willing to handle.   The Holy Spirit does not force Himself on people because He is gentle.  The Lord uses a willing spirit.  Are you ready to be used by our Lord for His glory?  God can use us in different fields for His glory.  Yes!  Different fields for we all cannot be Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers.  We are all unique.  We were created to serve God but at different callings and levels.  We were also fashioned or tailored in a way as to be able to operate in our different callings in life.  Some were called to be prayer warriors hence they have special protection and anointing for prayers, some were called to be Teachers hence they have special educative anointing, and so on (Ephesians 4:11).  Discover what your calling is then pray and work towards it and see how God will uplift you in that field for His glory.

I cannot also stress obedience enough.  I do not think that much would have been accomplished if Peter did not carry out the instructions of the Angel.  We grief the Spirit when He instructs us and we do not obey.  A second voice would not come forth if the first one was ignored.  The Angel led Peter out of the jailhouse.  When the presence of the Holy Ghost is in or around us, every door that was shut against us will begin to open and things will begin to work and flow the way they were designed to, for our testimony in Jesus name.  We were created to have dominion (Genesis 1:27-28) or control over living and nonliving things.  They were created to be at our reach and under our control.  Therefore we must be above and enjoy them.  May God continue to lead us out of every spiritual captivity that was designed to prevent us from being above, just as Peter was led out.

The Angel that was sent to Peter was a “Specific Angel” sent to solve a specific purpose.  This specific purpose was to set him free.  What specific purpose do you want God to solve in your life today?  What unwanted situation are you in today?  Pray to God so that He touches you at every point of your need and also sends His Angel to come and lead you out of every ugly situation in Jesus Christ mighty name.  He did it for Peter.  He can do it for you also.  Remember that it is we human beings that do change.  God never does.  Thank you and God bless.

 CROSSING  OVER

Crossing over is moving from one situation, condition or position to another.  As children of God, crossing to a better situation, condition or position is the best.  Our Lord Jesus Christ told His disciples that they should cross to the other side (Mark 4:34-35, Luke 8:22).  Are you ready to cross over with Jesus Christ to a better place?  For us to be able to cross to the other side we must learn how to leave the “multitude or crowd” behind.  Abram had to leave the “crowd” in order to cross over to his blessing (Genesis 12:1-2).  Our Lord Jesus Christ and His disciples had to leave the multitude or crowd in order to cross over.  There are some people who had already crossed over and some who are still trying to cross over.  If you are already crossed over, do not try to push back those who are trying to cross.  On the other hand, if you’re trying to cross over, do not talk down on those who are already there.  Remember that whatever you support will most likely support you and identify with you and whatever you talk against will find it difficult to support or be part of you.

Now we exhort you brethren, warn those who are unruly, comfort the fainthearted, uphold the weak, be patient with all.  See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all.  Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

                                                                                    1 Thessalonians 5:14-18.

When our Lord Jesus Christ and His disciples were crossing over, a great windstorm arose and the waves beat into the boat so that it was filling with water (Mark 4:37).  The enemy does not want anyone to cross over for a testimony to God’s glory.  For this reason, whenever there is a cross over about to take place, he will try and raise all sorts of storms and press all sorts of ugly buttons in order to cause confusion, discouragement and setback.  The devil designed all of these in order to make us doubt God’s Word and turn our faith from it.  The enemy knows that if he can succeed in doing this then he can penetrate and steal, destroy and kill.  Then the “boat” will sink.  However, if we are in our Lord Jesus Christ and He in us, our boat will never ever sink no matter what the enemy does in order for us not to be able to cross over.  Our Lord Jesus Christ will speak peace to every ugly situation in our lives and command them to be still and ineffective.  Have you fully accepted our Lord Jesus Christ in order to fully enjoy His full package?  Church membership is not the issue for even the devil himself attends service (Job 1:6).

The fact that we are Christians does not mean that the storm will not come.  The disciples were close to our Lord Jesus Christ and He was with them in the boat yet the storm still came.  It is not whether the storm will come or not but if it will succeed when it comes.  That’s the question.  No storm can ever succeed in causing any damage wherever our Lord Jesus Christ is.  The devil might try but he will not succeed in denting anywhere if our Lord Jesus Christ is in that place.  Did he not try to destroy the disciples’ boat?  Did he not fail?  So will he continue to fail in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Amen!

The man by the pool of Bethesda:

The pool of Bethesda had five porches.  All sorts of sick people came to this pool and waited for it to be stirred by an Angel.  The first that got into it after its being stirred got healed.  A certain man who had an infirmity for thirty-eight years also came to this pool in order to receive his healing.  When our Lord Jesus Christ saw him laying there, He knew that he had been in that condition for a long time so He asked him if he wanted to be healed.  The Word of God says that if we ask that we shall receive (Luke 11:9).  Jesus says that if we ask in His name, He will do it (John 14:14).  The Word of God also says that we prosper in good health, as we desire (3 John 1:2).  There is no manifestation without faith-confession.  For these reasons, our Lord asked him if he wanted to be healed.  He asked him so that he would confess his healing with his mouth.  But look at his answer.  Instead of confessing his healing, he started complaining about what people did to him (John 5:7).  So is it in some God’s children today.  They complain more than they pray.  When one keeps complaining, one is giving the enemy the praise that he doesn’t deserve because our Lord Jesus Christ had already disarmed him more than two-thousand years ago (Colossians 2:15).  All praises belong to God in Jesus name.  Our Lord Jesus Christ ignored his unnecessary complaints and healed him anyway.  Notice that the sick people were waiting for the Angel to come and stir up the water but our Lord Jesus Christ came instead.  So is it in our lives today.  Some times, people that we expect to come and assist us do delay so that God will show up according to His divine plan for our God is God of Design, Plan, Objectivity and Purpose.  Give glory.  This man’s healing was his cross over.  When he obeyed our Lord Jesus Christ’s voice and took up his bed after he was healed, people out there challenged him for carrying his bed on a Sabbath Day.  They did not know that Sabbath was made for human beings and not human beings made for the Sabbath.  The man that was sick simply told them that He who healed him commanded him to carry his bed.  In order wards, if they had any queries, they should direct them to Him who healed him and also commanded him to carry his bed.  So is it in the world today, whenever we cross over to a better situation the devil will use some, who allow him, in different forms and shapes to challenge us.  Remember that the devil has a Ph.D. in argument (Genesis 3:1-7).  Therefore do not even try to argue just tell them to go and ask God, and you are done with it.  Thank you and God bless.

THE  LINK  TO  GOD

Prayers connect us to God.  A prayer-less person is a powerless person.  God is our strength and those who connect to Him through prayers acquire strength from Him.  Let us use worldly example to explain this fact.

An electric generating plant that supplies constant electricity was built.  Then houses were built many miles away from it.  Wires were used to connect electricity from some of these houses to the electric plant.

ONLY  THE  HOUSES  THAT  WERE  CONNECTED  TO  THE  PLANT  COULD  RECEIVE  ELECTRICITY.    THEIR  BEING  CONNECTED  TO  THE  ELECTRIC PLANT  WAS  NOT  A  GUARANTEE  THAT  THEY  MUST  GET  LIGHT.   THE SWITCHES IN  THEOSE  HOUSES  MUST  BE  TURNED  ON  FOR  THE  LIGHTS  TO  COME  UP  FROM THE  POWER  HOUSE  OR  PLANT  VIA  THE  WIRES  TO  THE  HOUSES.

God is our “Power House” and our prayers connect us to Him without any distance for there is no distance in prayers.  Hence Jonah prayed from the inside of the big fish that was in the deep sea and God in heaven heard his prayers.  Prayers connect us to God and only those of us that are connected to Him will get feedback.

Our prayer is the electric wire that connects us to the “Power House.”  The Word of God as we pray it becomes the switch that turns on the electricity.  God responds to His Word and whenever we pray His Word back to Him, Angels are put to work for us.  Beloved, let us keep connected to God in prayers, through His Son Jesus Christ.  Amen.  Thank you and God bless.

FEAR  IS  THE  ENEMY’S  WEAPON

Fear is not from God but from the devil.  Fear is one of the weapons that he uses against God’s children.  The Word tells us to fear not, pray and have faith.  The only person whom the Bible tells us to fear is God.  Moses told the children of Israel as he lead them out of Egypt and they came to the Red Sea, “Stand still and see the salvation of God for these ‘enemies’ you see now, you will see no more” Alilujah.  The devil always sends the spirit of fear to God’s children and if they fall for it, then he attacks.  However, if God’s children stand on the Word of God and use the Word on the enemy rather than fall to his fear, he cannot come in to attack.

Show me a person that is being pushed and kicked around by the enemy at will, and I will show you a person that always has fear in the person.  Just as faith and the Word of God put God’s Angels to work for us, fear limits their ability to work or fight for us and at the same time puts the devil to work against us.  No wonder in most cases whenever Angels appeared to God’s children they had always said, “Fear not.”  Then they gave the message for which they were being sent to give.  In order wards, the Angels were saying, “Limit not My ability to work for you or to assist you.”  Angels deliver and also responds to God’s Word.  So when we pray according to God’s Word, they respond and our prayers are being answered in Jesus name, Amen.

Whenever we speak God’s Word, they become effective.  Therefore, we need to be speaking God’s Word to our situation(s) for the better.  Angels are here to guide and protect us but we must not limit their abilities due to our fear, which will also open the door for the devil, to operate.  We need to be brave and also speak the Word of God in order to put the Angels to work for us.  In some cases, more Angels are provided for us, in addition to our guardian Angel, for a specific purpose.  This is also seen as in the case of Elisha.  When the king’s army came and surrounded him and his servant God sent to them more Angels to protect them (2 Kings 6:8-23).  In the same way, God will continue to send His Angels to protect us, in Jesus name.  Amen.  Thank you and God bless.

ESTABLISHED  WORK

Some of us do work without being able to save the expected amount of money.  Some of us establish a business without an appreciable level of success.  Some of us are qualified for the job that we applied for but the job did not manifest.  Also, some of us were due for job promotions but received nothing.  Let our Lord God and His Word establish our work and efforts, in Jesus name.

And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands for us; Yes, establish the work of our hands. (Psalm 90:17)

The above prayer is a good one that is useful and could be prayed at all times rather than wait till the situation gets out of hand before we start praying it.  Prevention is better than cure.  Yes, the beauty of God is stronger than any set-back for the joy of the Lord is our strength.  That is the main reason why the enemy is always trying to steal our joy from us because he knows that if we allow him to succeed, our strength is gone.  We can use this strength of the Lord against the enemy in order to possess and repossess our passions in Jesus name.  With faith and constant prayers, we can move mountains.  Don’t ever give up.  In the Bible, there is a prayer that covers every situation in our lives.  Find out from the Bible the specific prayer that points to your situation and then continue praying it to your situation with faith till things move from better to excellent in your situation.

Praying God’s Word puts Angels to work for us and good results are the end result.  God responds to His Words because He honors His Word more than His name and His Word will never go nor return void but will go and fulfill all that it was being sent to fulfill in Jesus name.

Every problem in our lives has a name (Luke 8:26-35).  Pray against those problems by their names.  For example, the spirit of unemployment is behind every unemployment that is in one’s life.  Call it by name: You spirit of unemployment I command you in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ to leave and don’t ever come back….”

Every prayer that goes out of our mouth is a sown seed.  Any person that sows will expect to harvest.  Any person who does not sow a prayer-seed is not expected to look forward for a prayer-harvest.  The more prayers that we sow, the more prayer-harvests that we will expect.  Fasting is a prayer-fertilizer.  Just as some seeds will not really grow without fertilizer, some prayers will not really manifest without fasting (Matthew 17:14-21).

Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, ‘why could we not cast it out?’  So Jesus said to them, ‘Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, move from here to there, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.  However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.’

 (Matthew 17:19-21).

The three major words to note here are FAITH,  PRAYER  and  FASTING.  Our Lord Jesus Christ tells us that it is necessary for us to have faith in order to be able to move the unmovable.  He concludes His statement by saying that in some cases we need to go beyond faith and prayers to add some fasting to them.

MIRACLES  DELAYED  ARE NOT  DENIED

Miracles delayed are never miracles denied.  Our Father, God, Works to perfection.  When He does not perform or answer our prayers immediately, it does not mean that He is denying us our request(s).  God still answers prayers.  In as long as we are asking according to His will, which is His Word that is in the Bible, He will answer us at His timing.

A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation.  I, the Lord, will hasten it in its time.

                   (Isaiah 61:22).

God’s time is the best.  He is never late for He is everywhere.  How could He be late when He is at everywhere and sees everything?  He sees the past, the present and the future.  That’s the reason why we should turn every of our situation into His hands with faith and works rather than with works, doubts and worries.

Remember that ALL things (not some things) work together for good to those that love God and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).  Jesus Christ already cleared the way for us.  Once we trust in Him and confess Him that He has died, risen and will come again, then we are part of the big family.  It is God’s purpose that will rule every of our situation. God’s will is that we prosper.  No unwanted situation can rule us unless we allow fear to establish such a situation.

Though God might not give us an immediate answer to our prayers but that does not mean that He has denied us the requests.  Take the case of Lazarus for an example.

 Lazarus called back to life:

Lazarus was dead and had been in the grave for up to four days yet our Lord Jesus Christ was able to bring him back to life.  What godly situation in your life got dead and you want it to be alive again?  Is it prayer strength, communications, happiness, marriage, finance, and so on?  Our Lord Jesus Christ is very able to bring any of those back to life.  Just come to Him and ask Him with faith and He will fix it (or them) for you.

When our Lord Jesus Christ received the message that Lazarus was sick, He did not go to him immediately.  He waited for two days before going to see him even though that He loved him.  When He got to the home of Lazarus, he had already been dead for four days.  Yet, Jesus was able to bring him back to life.  Beloved, don’t you thing that the same Jesus can also bring back your loved one(s), your stolen finance(s), wealth, strength, health, job, business, and so on?  Jesus answered the call to Lazarus’ home but not immediately for nothing is too late for Him.

Our Lord’s not responding to Mary and Martha’s request immediately did not mean that He denied their requests.  So is it also in every of our not yet answered prayers.  Remember also that some prayer requests require fasting or vigil as the case may be.

Note what our Lord Jesus Christ told Martha, the sister of Lazarus:

I am the resurrection and the life.  He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.

                                                    (John 11:25).

Our Lord Jesus Christ says that He is the Life.  John confirms this in his Book of John 1 vs. 4.  Therefore, any one who needs life should go to Jesus who is the Life.  Do you need life?  Come to Jesus Christ.  There is no fee for His services.  It is free of charge.  Also, note that our Lord Jesus Christ says that anyone who believes in Him, though may die, yet shall live.  FAITH is the key here.  Faith does not look at conditions, situations, symptoms or circumstances but at the Word of God for He has the final word in every situation.  What the Word of God says about your situation is what counts and not what the situation looks like.  Have faith and pray.  Faith comes by hearing or reading the Word of God.  So also does fear come by listening to faithless words and watching negative faithless things.

Our Lord Jesus Christ knew that He would raise Lazarus from the dead so He first gave thanks signifying that it was ALREADY DONE.  It is necessary for us to give thanks to God just as if we have received whatever we were to ask from Him.  Please also see Psalm 103:1-5.  Our Lord Jesus Christ instructed that the stone that was covering Lazarus’ grave be removed. Today, some of us have various ‘things’ covering our ability to receive from God.  These ‘things’ range from lack of faith, lack of prayers or little prayers, and so on.  Our Lord Jesus Christ says, “Take away the stone” (John 11:39) so that you can receive your blessings.  I know God is talking to somebody.

Then with a loud voice, Jesus called, “Lazarus, come forth!” and he that was dead for four days came forth walking out from the grave but still bound by the burial cloths.  He came walking alive.  Praise the Lord.  Hallelujah.  If our Lord Jesus Christ could bring to life someone that had been dead for four days, and we do know that death is the worse condition of a person, don’t you think that He can also heal you or your situation?  If our Lord Jesus Christ was not specific on whom He had wanted to come forth, all the dead in the graves would have come forth at His command.  Jesus was specific in whom He wanted to come forth.  It was Lazarus.  Here Jesus also shows us that we are to be specific in our asking.  Finally, our Lord Jesus Christ ordered, “Loose him, and let him go” (John 11:44).  If Lazarus was not loosed, he would have still been bound by the same sickness that led to his dead.  Let the Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ turn us loose from every negative past situations or conditions, in the Mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Amen!  Whom the Lord sets free is free indeed.  Thank you Lord, Jesus Christ, for setting us free.  Amen.  Thank you and God bless.

THE  POWER  OF  FAITH  HEALS

It was the custom of our Lord Jesus Christ, when He was on this planet earth, to go into the temple to pray, teach or heal the sick.  Many had great faith in Him and few were in-between.  They could not make up their minds.  The lame man who was carried to the entrance of the Beautiful Gate in the Temple was not an exception (Acts 3:1-3).  However, after the death and the resurrection of Jesus Christ, and the witnesses of many who saw Him after His resurrection did spread, the faith of the lame man was increased for faith comes by hearing.  Faith also comes by being in contact with the Word of God and assimilating it through reading as well.

Peter and John usually go to pray in the Temple of the Beautiful Gate where this lame man was carried into in order for him to beg for some money.  I believe that they had been seeing this lame man all the time at the entrance of the gate as they entered into the temple but they did not do the healing mission on him because the faith of the lame man was not built up at that time, before the resurrection of Christ.  However, when the resurrection of Jesus built up and solidified this lame man’s faith, Peter designed it in his, Peter’s, spirit.  As a result he ordered the lame man to, “Look on us.”  The lame man looking up expecting to receive some money, which was carnal, instead received a miracle, which was Spiritual.  He received his healing (Acts 3:6-8).

Peter ordered the lame man to get up and walk in the name of Jesus.  Then Peter offered him his hand and held him up.  The lame man got up and started walking and leaping.  Had the lame man held back and refused Peter’s hand or the Word, nothing would have happened.  Remember that Mary the mother of Jesus told the servants of the man who had the wedding saying, “Whatever He tells you to do, do it.”  That was Jesus’ first miracle where He turned the water into wine.  What is He telling you to do today?  The lame man received his deliverance because he gave Peter attention.

Peter offered his hand to the healed lame man and assisted him in walking.  So are we expected to assist persons who were newly converted into Christianity.  It is our duty and not that of the Church Ministers alone.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

The lame man was healed ONLY when his FAITH was built up.  What is our physical condition

that is physically impossible to make us feel happy?  What is impossible with man is possible with God.  All that we need to do is have FAITH in God.  Remember that the name of Jesus is above ALL names.  This includes ALL sicknesses, set backs, problems, and so on.  FAITH is the key.  The Word of God says that ALL that call on His name will be saved.

Peter spoke the Word, then GAVE A HELPING HAND to lift the lame man up.  Peter gave a helping hand to the lame man.  What are we as Christians doing to give a helping hand to those in need?  What are we using our position to do?  Are we pulling up or pulling down?

The lame man obeyed Peter’s voice and also did not hold back when Peter offered him his hand.  Are you willing and ready to receive your deliverance?

Peter continued with the Healing Ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ, not in Peter’s name or praise but in the name of Jesus Christ.  He did not take God’s glory.  Such is expected of the body of Christ for to God and God alone be the glory.  May His grace continue to abide with us.  Thank you and god bless.

GOD  MAKES  THE  IMPOSSIBLE  TO  BE  POSSIBLE

The Bible is the Word of God that was with Him in the beginning (Book of John 1:1).  The same Word of God tells us that all (not some) things are possible with Him (Matthew 19:26).  Let us take for an example the case of Abraham (who was formerly known as Abram but latter named Abraham which means father of many nations) and his wife Sarai (latter named Sarah which means mother of nations).  They were above the age of reproduction.  Abram was 100 years old and his wife was 99 years old (Genesis 17:15-19).  That not withstanding, God promised Abram that he would make him the father of ALL nations even at his old age.  Abram believed God.  He had faith in what God said.  To him, if God said it, that takes care of it all.  The point is that Abram was able to have a child at his old age because he believed God’s Word.  Do you have enough faith to trust God in your situation?

Abram’s name was changed to Abraham: The father of many nations.  Abraham and Sarah gave birth to Isaac at their old age (Genesis 17:18-19 & 21:1-3).  That’s a miracle.  What miracle(s) are you expecting in your life?  Trust God and it will come to pass, in Jesus name.  When we read through the Bible we see that faith is always present whenever there is a miracle.  Do you have faith for your own miracle?  For example, the woman with the issue of blood in the Book of Luke 8:40-48 had faith that she would be healed if only she could touched the tip of Jesus’ cloth.  She spoke out her faith and acted on it then miracles followed.  She was healed.  The healing that she could not receive from the hands of human beings, she received from our Lord Jesus Christ and He told her that her faith hat made her whole.  Our Lord Jesus Christ always steps in where human beings fail or disappoint.  Count on Jesus for He never fails.  Give glory.  Thank you and God bless.

POWER  OF  THE  WORD

There is supper power in God’s Word.  Those that are anointed with the Word also have the Power of the Word.  We are filled with the Word by reading and abiding in it.  Just as the enemy cannot penetrate the Word, he cannot penetrate people who are filled with it.  This is because when he tries anything, what he gets will be the Word of God and he does not like that.  The Bible tells us that darkness and Light have nothing in common.  The Word of God is Light (Psalm 119:105) and those who dwell in it dwell in the Light of God and can say with every confidence that the Lord is their light and salvation (Psalm 27:1).

A cloth that is soaked with water will issue out water when pressed.  Whatever liquid a cloth is soaked with is what it issues out when compressed.  In the same way, a person that is filled with the Word of God and faith will issue out the Word of God and faith when pressed in any form or shape.  This is one of the reasons why we need to stay in the Word of God with faith.  The Bible tells us that heaven and earth will pass away but His Word will never pass away.  Praise the Lord in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen.  Thank you and God bless.

HUMILITY  OPENS  THE  DOOR  FOR  MIRACLES

Psalm 51:17 teaches us that God loves a humble heart.  Naaman the general was a leper.  He was also a Gentile, but he had leprosy.  He came to Prophet Elisha for his healing (2 Kings 5:1-9).  The Prophet instructed him to go and dip himself seven times in the River Jordan for him to be healed.  Due to Naaman’s military status, he did not want to go and dip himself in the River Jordan as instructed by the Prophet of God.  He considered the River to be very dirty for a man of his status to go and dip himself in.  He had thought that the Prophet would come out and heal him himself.  In as long as Naaman did not humble himself to obey the Prophet of God, he had his leprosy.  However, when he humbled himself and went and dipped himself in the River Jordan seven times as instructed by the Prophet of God, his leprosy left him.  The Bible tells us that his flesh became as fresh as that of a young baby.  Give thanks (Psalm 103).  May God grant us the will power to remain humble, in Jesus Christ mighty name.  Amen.

Naaman had wanted himself to be healed through his own way.  He had thought that the Prophet would come and wave his hand over the place and call on God to heal him.  How ever, that was not the case; for true Prophets work by God’s order rather than that of human beings.  The same thing happens in the world today.  People will go and tell a Pastor or Minister their ‘problems’ and then try to direct them on how to do the prayers.  Beloved, it is very necessary for us to always leave the man or woman of God to get the directions from Him rather than we trying to tell them what to do.  Remember that God knows the best for He knows the beginning and the end.  God’s instruction might seem very simple and common but do it to receive your salvation.  Thank you and God bless.

JESUS CHRIST IS OUR SHEPHARD

Our Lord Jesus Christ is our good Shepherd and not just a hired one.  His rod and His staff comfort us (Psalm 23:4).  Our Lord Jesus Christ himself says that he is not a hired shepherd who sees the wolf coming to eat the sheep and he runs for his own life leaving the sheep to his faith (John 10:11-12).  Our Lord Jesus Christ says, and He really is, the good Shepherd. Who lays His life down for ALL of us.

When we have the revelation of who our Lord Jesus Christ is in our lives, then we can stand and face the “Goliath” in our lives knowing that the Lord is our Shepherd who prepares a table before us in the presence of our enemy or enemies and gives us victory (Psalm 23).

Whatever is our situation, our Lord Jesus Christ will give us the much-needed comfort and victory.  He will give us such that the world cannot give.  All we need to do is come to Him just the way that we are and He will take care of the rest.  He is calling on you and me, ALL of us, with His hands wide open, to come, come, come just the way that we are and He will do the cleaning up.  Jesus loves us.  Amen.  Thank you and God bless.

FOCUS  ON  OUR  LORD  JESUS  CHRIST

Our Lord Jesus Christ is the Light (John 1:4; Revelation 21:23; Psalm 27:1).  Any person that has Light conquers darkness because Light rules over darkness.  When we walk in the Light or with the Light, we will not stumble.  Any person who has Jesus Christ, has Light.

Our Lord Jesus Christ who is the Light was walking on the water towards Peter and the rest of the disciples who were in the boat.  When they saw Him, they thought that it was a ghost that was walking towards them so they were afraid.  Jesus confirmed to them that it was He and not a ghost that was walking to them.  Peter therefore asked Him to let him also walk on the water towards Him as a confirmation that it was really He, Jesus, that was walking towards them.  Jesus told him, “COME.”  Today, our Lord Jesus Christ is calling on us to “COME.”

As long as Peter focused on our Lord Jesus Christ, he was able to walk on the water towards Him.  However, when he took his focus off our Lord Jesus Christ, and placed it on the circumstances around him, which was the storm, he began to sink.  Beloved, as long as we put ALL (not part) of our focus on our Lord Jesus Christ, we will never sink.  God’s Word says so in many places in the Bible.  As Peter began to sink because he took his focus off Jesus, he called on Him for help and our Lord Jesus Christ lifted him up.  Call on our Lord Jesus Christ and He will lift you up.

Beloved, when we removed our focus and faith from our Lord Jesus Christ and place them on carnal things like the circumstances around us, we are very most likely to sink.  However, when we call on Him, who is also our Shepherd (Psalm 23), He is always there, here and everywhere, to lift us up whenever we call on Him or need Him.  Praise His Holy name with thanks offering.  Amen.  Thank you and God bless.

GOD   QUALIFIES   THE   CALLED

Our Lord Jesus Christ invites us to come to Him just the way that we are; for it is the Holy Spirit that qualifies a person and not we our selves.  He says that He will not turn away any person that comes to Him.  When we come to Him, He will do the cleansing on us for it is not by our power but by the Holy Spirit.  Give glory to God in Jesus name.

Saul was a disciple of Moses.  He did not believe in Jesus Christ.  As a result, he persecuted Christians even to death (Acts 9:1-2).  However, when he was called by our Lord Jesus Christ to carry the cross, He qualified him for the duty (Acts 9:10-20).  After Saul’s baptism, his name became Paul and his life was changed forever.  He wrote most of the New Testament Books.

Carnally, Saul was not qualified to carry the cross but when our Lord Jesus Christ called him on his way to Damascus (Acts 9:4), He, our Lord Jesus Christ, qualified him.  Today, some of us think that we are not qualified or that someone is not qualified to do God’s work and as a result negative things are said about such a person.  As we have seen, it is God who qualifies a person.  Therefore, let us not be like the self-righteous Pharisees.  The Bible tells us that ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God.  We are all living by God’s grace in Jesus name.  On the other hand, those that are called into the Ministry should learn how to serve with dignity for the glory of God in Christ Jesus.  Thank you and God bless.  Amen!

GOD’S  ECONOMY  IS  MORE  SECURED

God’s system of economy is very stable.  It is more stable than that of the World System.  When we tap into God’s System, we are stable in the Lord and regardless of what the economy looks like we still prosper because our prosperity is not carnal from the world that is limited but from God who has unlimited resources.  Hence the World System cannot affect it with its variable Economic System.  Our God provides for us according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus, in Jesus Christ mighty name.

The Book of Genesis 26:12-14 shows us how Isaac connected to God instead of the World Economy, and he prospered so much so that the Philistines envied him.  He prospered in flocks, herds and servants.  Flocks, herds and servants were the means by which riches were measured during Isaac’s days.  At the same very time that Isaac prospered, people who put their faith and trust in the World Economy instead of in God were in lack.  Beloved, God’s System never lacks any good thing.  It never fails either just as God never fails.  Give glory.

The Book of Philippians 4:19 tells us that God shall provide and supply ALL our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.  That’s God’s type of Economy.  He takes care of all the needs of those who put their trust in Him.  Not only that, also He adds no sorrow with it for His blessing makes one rich as stated in the Book of Proverbs 10:22.  God is stable.  So is everything that comes from Him.  Let us therefore invest through and in His Economy.  Thank you and God bless.

WHEN  JESUS  CHRIST  IS  IN-CHARGE, MIRACLES HAPPEN.

Whenever our Lord Jesus Christ is in the boat, miracles happen because He is in-charge.  Which boat are you in today?  Is our Lord Jesus Christ in it?  Who is the Captain of your boat?  Who is in-charge?  Whenever our Lord Jesus Christ is in-charge, miracles happen for our testimonies to His glory.  Simon and his friends were all experienced fishermen.  Usually, fishes bite more during the night than during the day.  Peter and his friends went to catch some fishes.  They fished all day and all night without catching any fish.  Not even one.  As a result, they decided to go home for the day.  They were washing their nets in readiness to go home when our Lord Jesus

Christ came and entered into Simon's boat during the day.  Beloved, our Lord Jesus Christ showed up when the strength of Peter and his men failed and miracles took place.

Jesus asked Simon to pull a little off the land into the lake.  Then He began to preach to the multitudes from the boat.  After that, He said to Simon, "Lunch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch (Luke 5:4)."  Our Lord's Word has Power, Life and Spirit.  Peter replied: "Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net” (Luke 5:5).  Peter obeyed with faith and miracles followed.

They caught so many fishes that their nets were breaking and their boat sinking from the weight of the many fishes that they caught.  They had to call their friends on the other boat to come and assist them.  They came and filled their own boat too so much so that it began to sink also, from the weight of the fishes.  What Peter and his fellow fisher men with all their fishing experience could not do all night, the Word of God was able to accomplish in just a twinkle of an eye for His Word has the final authority.  Have you turned your situation over to God or are you still trying to do it with your own strength?  When Peter and his men found out that the person that did the miracles was Jesus Christ and not just an ordinary person, they were scared.  Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Do not be afraid From now on you will catch men" (Luke 5:10).

THE  ABOVE  TEACHES  US  THE  FOLLOWING :

Whenever Jesus Christ is in-charge, miracles happen.  There is Power in the Word.  Why don't we let Him be totally in-charge of our total-being.  Why don't we have total faith in the Word and leave the rest to God?  Remember that God and His Word are one and the same as stated in the Book of   John 1:1-2.

Whenever we obey the Word of God with faith, miracles follow.  When we obey the Word of God, He will do His own part by keeping His Word.  Heaven and earth will pass away, but His Word will NEVER pass away  (Matthew 24:35).

It takes the Word of God to accomplish what human beings could not do.  Even if it took human beings all night or years fruitlessly on an issue, the Word of God settles it if we invite Him for He has the final Word on every issue.

Fear and the Holy Spirit do not work together.  Fear uproots faith.  God cannot use a fearful person.  Our Lord told Peter not to fear.  That removed the fear in him and he was used for the miraculous catch of fish.  In the Bible you will see that whenever an Angel appeared to someone, the first thing the Angel always said was, "Do not be afraid."   Whenever you have fear, then that very fear will be in-charge of your life.  Faith does not work where there is fear.  Let all fear go so that faith can work in Jesus name.  Amen!  Thank you and God bless.

GOD  STILL  HEALS

God is still in ‘the healing business.’  He and His Word are the same.  He cannot lie.  If He says that it is raining, no matter what the temperature is or how it looks outside, all that you need to do is just look outside and you will see that it’s raining because God can never lie.  So, if God says that He will heal you or deliver you or provide for you or restore you or your loved one(s), He sure will, at His own timing.  The Word of God tells us in the Book of Isaiah 58:8 stating, “Then your light shall break forth like the morning, YOUR  HEALING  SHALL  SPRING  FORTH  SPEEDILY.”  God our Father says tha
